  3. Debemos cambiar la sal cada 24 hrs, cuando cambiemos la sal escurrimos la que ya tenía reservando todo el líquido que obtengamos, y una vez que esté cubierto vertemos nuevamente el líquido y repetimos los pasos por 5 días
  4. Después de ellos 5 días este salmón estará listo, así que solo enjuagamos un poco para quitar excesos de sal.
  5. Para acompañarlo, vamos a cortar el rodajas el pepino y trocear la lechuga, el salmón cortamos láminas pequeñas, montamos todo y estará listo para disfrutar.
