- Colocamos nuestra bolita y cuando la parte que es tocada por el aceite tenga un color marrón claro lo votamos, cuando los dos lados estén igual, sácala y rellenamos con una manga pastelera o elabora un agujero en medio del pan y introduce de poco a poco el relleno, para finalizar agrega azúcar para decorar y ya está lista nuestra Berlínesa
