  7. 1 cda pasta de achiote

  9. 1/2 taza jugo de naranja o piña

  11. 1 cdita orégano seco
  12. 1 pieza clavo
  13. 1 cda sal

  1. Limpiar los chiles, retirar semillas y venas. Poner en agua hirviendo por 5 minutos, apagar y dejar reposar tapado.
  2. Cuando enfríe lo suficiente para poder licuar, poner solo los chiles, sin el agua de cocción con el resto de ingredientes del adobo en licuadora. Moler finamente.
  3. Cortar la carne en cubos, y marinar con lo licuado por 2 horas en el refri, o un poco más, puede quedarse toda la noche.
  4. Cortamos la piña en trozos similares a la carne. Poner alternando con la carne en varillas para brocheta.
  5. Llevar a la freidora en modo roast (375 °F) por 18 minutos dando vuelta unas 3 veces, para que dore parejo. Y listo..!! Acompañar con cebolla y cilantro picados, tortillas y salsa al gusto 😛
