- Después integraremos los polvos previamente cernidos, estos también los integraremos de manera envolvente.
- Vaciar la mezcla del bizcocho en los moldes hasta un poco antes de llegar a la mitad
- Para hacer el flan metemos a la licuadora todos los ingredientes y una vez licuados verter la mezcla en los modelos con delicadeza
- Para hornear meteremos los moldes en recipientes con agua como una especie de baño maría y hornearemos hasta que al pinchar nuestro bizcocho el pincho salga limpio
- Una vez listo solo falta desmoldar y montarlo en el plato
