  5. Ya que tengamos lisa la mezcla de crema de limón dejaremos reservar
  6. Preparar la mise en place del bizcocho
  7. En un bowl batir el huevo y agregar el azúcar glass y la cucharada de vainilla, batir hasta punto de listón
  8. Agregar la primera cantidad de harina suave (65 gr) y la pizca de sal, incorporar hasta tener una mezcla homogénea
  9. En un bowl pondremos las claras batiremos e iremos agregando el azúcar blanca en tres partes batiremos hasta que esta forme picos firmes
  10. Al merengues francés le agregaremos una pequeña cantidad de las yemas previamente echas, e integraremos de forma envolvente, después agregar una pequeña cantidad de harina eh integrar de manera envolvente, así iremos intercalando hasta finalizar con la harina y envolver hasta tener una consistencia homogénea
  11. Pasar la mezcla a una charola con papel estrella
  12. Llevar al horno a una temperatura de 180 gr por 15 min
  13. Ya que esté el bizcocho sacar rápidamente y voltear en un trapo húmedo
  14. Recortar los lados para que quede uniforme
  15. Despegar del papel estrella
  16. Agregar la crema de limón y un poco de crema lyncon previamente batida, agregar zarzamora o fresa
  17. Ahora envolveremos ayudándonos de nuestro trapo húmedo hasta tener un rollo y dejar enfriar
  18. Decorar y es hora de disfrutar
