- Derretimos a baño maría el chocolate y la mantequilla
- Agregamos el chocolate poco a poco a la mezcla para que no la vaya a cortar
- Después agregaremos la harina, el bicarbonato y el polvo para hornear también la iremos agregando poco a poco
- En el molde donde hicimos el caramelo agregaremos la mezcla del bizcocho
- Una vez agregada la mezcla pasaremos a agregar el flan este lo tenemos que poner en el molde con cuidado
- Después taparemos bien el molde con papel aluminio
- En una olla agregaremos agua y un recipiente para después colocar el molde lo taparemos y dejaremos que se cosa con el vapor
- Pasado el tiempo lo sacamos de la olla y lo dejamos enfriar para después desmoldarlo
- Y listo una así queda después de desmoldarlo
- Cortamos una rebanada y listo para comer
