- Ten listos los ingredientes para el caramelo y de tu bizcocho
- En la estufa por tu molde que ocuparás y agrega los 100 gr de azúcar blanca y derrite, hasta que quede de color medio cafecito, mueve delicadamente para que se esparza bien
- Ya que este de ese color, reitaralo de fuego y deja endurecer
- Ahora haremos el paso del bizcocho
- Derrite la mantequilla y el chocolate juntos, en microondas por 40 seg o en baño María
- En un recipiente aparte pon los tres huevos
- Bate un poquito y agrega el azúcar
- Enseguida, bate todo junto hasta que este a punto de listos los huevos y azúcar, aprox. 5 minutos
- Enseguida agrega el chocolate derretimos y mezcla envolventemente
- Ten cuidado de no perder el volumen del huevo
- Enseguida aprega los ingredientes secos previamente cernidos (harina, bicarbonato, polvo para hornear, sal), y mezcla suavemente
- Ya que está listo, ponlo encima del caramelo que hicimos al principio
- Y déjalo un rato reposar
- A continuación haremos la parte de flan
- Ten listos a la mano tus ingredientes
- Pon en la licuadora, todos los ingredientes, revisa que se mezcle bien todo
- Enseguida vierte la mezcla encima de la mezcla anterior, con mucho cuidado
- Enseguida cubre tu molde con papel aluminio y ponlo en un cacerola más grande que tu molde
- Agrega agua a ma cacerola más grande que tu molde, cubriéndo 3/4 de tu molde
- Pon a flama baja tu estufa; tapa tu cacerola, y déjalo por 1 horas 30 minutos aprox
- Pasada la hora revisa con un palillo si ya está tu chocoflan, si sale limpia significa que ya esta
- Retíralo del fuego y deja enfriar un rato y después sácalo del recipiente
- Y listo deja enfriarlo un rato, disfruta con familia.
