En una cacerola agregamos la mantequilla y el jugo de lim贸n con los 85g de az煤car y dejamos hasta la ebullici贸n sin dejar de mover. - Batimos el huevo entero con la siguente cantidad de az煤car 65g y la dejamos a punto de list贸n, despu茅s agregamos la mezcla de la mantequilla y el lim贸n poco para atemperar el huevo.
- Despu茅s lo agregamos en la cazuela y movemos hasta que est谩 espese, dejar la flama lo m谩s baja posible esto para evitar que se creen grumos.
- Desmoldamos el bizcocho y agregamos el relleno, si tienen crema para batir tambi茅n queda perfecto y con ayuda de un pa帽o h煤medo enrollamos el bizcocho con mucho cuidado, recuerden no dejarlo mucho tiempo al aire y listo.
