  11. Una vez ya salido del horno le untamos mantequilla no tan líquida y le espolvoreados lo que es la canela en polvo y listo
  12. Después agregamos la leche de poco a poco y amasamos
  13. Después de haber amasado dejamos nuestra masa reposar hasta que doble de tamaño
  14. Una vez ya doblado su tamaño la ponchamos
  15. Hagarramos la mitad de la masa y le damos forma, una vez ya teniendo su forma agarramos un poco de la masa para hacer la forma de los huesos para el pan con la ayuda de nuestros 3 dedos
