  10. Tomamos un pedazo de nuestra masa y hacemos un palito con ella.
  11. Con ayuda de nuestras dedos, comenzamos a estirar nuestra masa para hacer la típica forma de huesito y repetimos otra vez (son dos huesos por pan).
  12. Los colocamos en forma de cruz sobre nuestra bolita de masa.
