- Le ponemos unos 3/4 partes de la tapadera de consom茅, lavamos, pelamos y partimos muy bien los camarones.
- En un sart茅n amplio y a fuego medio alto, agregamos un chorrito de aceite junto con la mantequilla, esperamos a que se derrita y caliente, ponemos el ajo, cebolla y camar贸n juntos, cuando el camar贸n se ponga rosado, agregamos, zanahorias, chiles, apio, y repollo.
- Los fre铆mos por unos 5 minutos meneando ocasionalmente y agregamos el br贸coli, seguimos meneando, ponemos la pimienta, la salsa de soya, meneamos bien.
- Seguimos cocinando por unos 5 minutos m谩s, ponemos la pasta ya escurrida, mezclamos todo, si est谩 muy reseco?
