  6. Pasar la crema a un molde plano previamente engrasado y tapado con plástico adherente. Refrigerar durante al menos 3 horas hasta que adquiera consistencia.
  7. Cortar la masa en cuadrados o en rectángulos. Batir los huevos y rebozar la masa primero en huevo, y después,
    en pan molido. Freír por porciones en el aceite hasta dorar. Escurrir un poco en papel absorbente y revolcar en azúcar y canela.
  8. Disfrutar.
