  6. Engrasamos un recipiente y ponemos nuestra masa para que fermente hasta doblar su tamaño
  7. Cuando ya haya doblado su tamaño ponchamos la masa y estiramos con ayuda de un palote
  8. Con ayuda de un cuchillo cortamos rectángulos del tamaño deseado de nuestro pan
  9. Colocamos los rectángulos en la charola previamente engrasada y enharinada para la segunda fermentación
  10. Horneamos a 180°c por aproximadamente 30 min
