  4. Mientras la masa fermentar en un bowl agregamos harina, azúcar glass y la grasa para hacer la costra y mezclamos hasta tener una masa uniforme
  5. Ponchar la masa de las conchas y separar en partes iguales y bolear (extender la masa y juntar las orillas para bolear)
  6. Por último extendemos una porción de la masa de la costa y agregamos encima de la masa de la concha
  7. Dejar fermentar por segunda vez y hornear por 20-25 min. a 180°C
