  9. Cocinar por 5 minutos y agregar las papas picadas en cubitos, cocinar aprox 10 min para evaporar líquido, rectificar la sal y agregar la necesaria, el perejil picado y cocinar 3 minutos más, apagarlo.
    Dejar enfrïar.
  10. Sacar la masa del refrigerador y extenderla con el rodillo aprox a un grosor de 3 mm.
  11. Colocarla en un molde redondo y cortar los bordes.
  12. Agregar el relleno de atún.
  13. Extender la masa restante y colocarla sobre el molde con el relleno, unir los bordes y cortar el sobrante, hacer bordes entrecruzando los dedos y picar con un tenedor para que no se levante la costra.
  14. Barnizar con yema de huevo.
  15. Meter al horno precalentado a 200º C por 40 minutos aprox. O hasta qué este ligeramente dorado.
  16. Servir caliente
