Sin mezclar con las manos para no agregarle calor y que se haga aguada. - Boleamos nuestras conchas y agregamos un poco de manteca vegetal en la superficie y pegamos nuestras porciones de masa de costra, con ayuda de un cuchillo le damos forma deseada.
Y dejamos fermentar por 40 min antes de hornear. - Le damos la forma deseada y dejamos fermentar para hornear a 180°C por un tiempo de 20 a 25 min.
