  9. Doblaremos en forma de tríptico.
  10. Al terminar de hacer nuestras formas, en una charola enharinada pondremos nuestras formas.
  11. Dejaremos reposar hasta que doble su tamaño y barnizaremos con huevo, posteriormente hornearemos a 190°C durante 20 o 24 min hasta ver un color doradito en nuestro pan.
