  9. Cuando hayamos echo los 2 dobleces sencillos, haremos 2 dobles en forma del libro y estiramos este paso se repetirá por 3 veces más.
  10. De esta manera tendemos la masa hojaldre la cual la podremos guardar en el refri por 1 semana tapada.
